I lived there on a 6 month lease, the management is EXTREMELY rude. things do not get fixed when broke. But, you sure still pay for it. Maintenance comes in your apt without notification, I went away for a week and they had came into my apt. a cigarette ash was on my countertop. needless to say I don't smoke and I was here alone for this 6 months. No one in or out of my place. I found a notice not outside my door like it is supposed to be, it was laying on my counter that they would be doing manintenance work. i never know who's been in the place, I felt unsafe. Even started to worry about my food if it would be the next thing tampered with. Gates are not working always open. I could go on and on. I moved to River Oaks, ow there's a nice gated community with courteous management.
