The manager is so unprofessional, she abuses the HUD program and tries to distribute and take it away as she please. The HUD program is to help people with low income,But Dedra uses it for her on personal satisfaction. I have been there for about 9 months and I thought that she was very sweet and considerate cause shes a christian,NOT this women is every thing but a christian she is the total opposite I feel sorry for her and her soul. I dont know how she sleeps at night she probly dont even feel convicted at the end of the day. I have a 9 month old baby ,sweet and gorgious,single mom. Dedra decided she wanted to evict me on something that that was a miss understanding,which she cant leagally do,cause HUD only allows for her to raise rent. She turns off my electricity while my child was in there. Thats sad I can tell that she has a curpt heart and mind. She forgot who is in control, God. But I do beleive that her time is coming. You mess with a baby you better beleive Gods is going to mess with you cause they are innocent. As for me and my little girl we are going to be just fine. P.S Dedra you need to read your lease and check your rights before you try to violate someone.

Apparently this individual is BITTER. A Hud Lease is for 12 months. She obviuosly violated the rules and regulations if she moved out in 9 months, otherwise she'd still be in her apartment. She probably did 1 of 2 things, didnt pay rent on time or allowed and unauthorized person to live with her. Further, if her lights were cut off, they were cut off by the electrictiy company for non-payment or theft of utilities. Dedra has no power to turn off someone's electricity. Bitterness will eat at your soul like a cancer. So, if you moved out, its time to move on. let it go. Because what you sow, you shall also reap. How ciould you sleep at night with a bitter heart!!
