I have rented at Cypress Apartments since Hurricane Rita hit in 2005. i have no complaints, except for the gates. Maintenance has been wonderful. I have referred 3 of my family members and they seem to have no complaints. Dedra, the manager, has been very professional. She cant please everyone all the time. You have some people that want the Ritz Carlton-Waldorf Astoria treatment. Come on people we live on 5th ave in Lake Charles, LA, not New York City. If you abide by the rules and pay your rent on time, I dont see why you would have any problems. The grounds are always maintained, but i see people throwing trash on the grounds and placing trash outside the dumpsters. TAKE PRIDE IN WHERE YOU LIVE!!And WATCH your guest and company. They bring alot of the drama here not folks that call Cypress home.

NO ONE WROTE THIS MESSAGE BUT DEDRA HER SELF OR ONE OF HER KIDS NO ONE LIKES DEDRA SHE A HORRIBLE MANAGER WHO CARES ABOUT NO ONE BUT HERSELF. AND HER INITIAL FRIENDS.SHE CALLS HERSELF A CHRISTIAN. CHRISTIANS, THE CHRISTIANS I KNOW IS NOTHING LIKE HER SHES A SHE ----- IN DISCISE. BUT GOD IS WATCHING HER HE HAS THE LAST SAY SO. SHE KNOWS AND GOD DEFINITELY KNOWS THE WRONG SHE'S DOING. HAVE MERCY ON HER SOUL. WHAT EVER YOU DO TO PEOPLE MAY NOT FALL ON YOU BUT IT COULD DEFINITELY FALL ON YOUR KIDS/GRANDKIDS, YOU ARE A HORRIBLE PERSON.
