I lived here while going to school, I moved out several months ago. Not a bad place to live but it did have some problems. But what place doesn't. We did have some loud neighbors who fought a lot. Most of the time it was inside but the times they did bring it outside they cops had to be called. I also noticed the cops being called on several other apartments for domestic disputes. A person got robbed at gun point while we were there. Also across from the parking lot there were a group of about 7 kids who were always outside unsupervised. They oldest looked maybe 12 and the youngest was probably 2 or 3. They jumped on cars, played in the street, and I saw the older kids hitting and shaking the little one. Several of my neighbors called the apartment office and the police (for jumping on cars). I recently went to visit an old neighbor who lived there and those kids were still running around. She said it has gotten worse since I left. She says there are a group of guys who sit out side and play loud music at all hours of the night. She called the apartment office and nothing has been done about it. Also with the recent price increases I don't think those apartments are a great deal anymore. I never had any maintenance issues. The staff before the switch (don't know about after) were nice.
