I have lived in River Oaks for 3 years now. The staff has always been friendly and eagar to solve problems. The grounds are always well kept. My neighbors have been very quiet and friendly. Any problems I reported were addressed within 24hrs. I would recommend you staying here if you want a peaceful, well maintained apartment to live.
