The staff and management are inclined to treat the younger population (college students) with great disrespect. My stay here was not one I would recommend to anyone. My electricity went at least 6 times in a 2 month span, which led to my alarm clock not going off, further causing me to miss 2 exams. Maintenance is horrible and communication with residents is far worse than I expect from a high class complex. I was sent a letter requiring me to acknowledge when I was to leave the apartments 90 days prior to, I received this letter 30 days before my lease was up, forcing me to pay another month's rent. Parking is terrible in this complex as well. The spaces are far too small and there is no limit on guests ability to fill the spots in. Overall I would rather live in a box on the corner instead of bunkering down in this decrepit hovel.

Then that's where you need to live. You are probably the type of person that has to have it their way and forget about any one else. if you knew there was a problem with the electricity then you should have gotten an alarm that was battery operated until they got the problem fixed you have no patience what so ever. and the parking? well it is an apartment complex what did yo expect? your own parking spot you were not the only person in that place My brother lived there and he didn't have any complaints and i don't remember there being a problem with the electricity either and if there was a problem then you weren't the only one with it. grow up and just get on with your life pal.
