Yes, the "Dragonlady" is not getting any better.The maintenance is slow and at any request they illegitimately inspect your appartment. I had to beg to get some decent flushing toilets for about 6 months. I requested 17 interventions to fix an air conditionning system which was obviously a collectible from the fifties . For Labor day 2004, I had no air . 93 degrees in the apt...nobody on duty to fix it. After 5 pm you never find anybody. The gutters are falling apart and grow some strong two feet high weeds.Consequently, when it rains you have your private cascade in your porch. The Dragonlady blamed the flooding on my geraniums...
My 83 years old pop was yelled at because he left his cigarettes butts in MY barbecue outside.
I would recommand this apartment complex only if you underwent a lobotomy or if you are a true masochist.
