The worst place ever

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
I lived ther for 2 years. The management sucks. The apartment was old and in need of major repairs. They never fix anything around there. It is noisy and kinda scary. There are always strange people hanging around in the parking lots. It was the happiest day of my life when I moved.
