there is so much wrong here i don't know where to even begin. they don't always give you a walk through of the apt. before you move in. they didn't with us so instead they showed us pictures of the model apt. which could also be found at rent.com. when we first started moving everything in we did a walkthrough to see what was wrong, and the first thing was that there were stains all over the carpets. of all of those stains some of them were dried blood. we informed the office about it and they did nothing. the garbage disposal overflowed and got all over the carpet and again they did nothing. theres only one cable outlet in the entire apt. theres black mold growing in many different areas but mostly in the bathrooms and again they've neglected to do anything. if they do they'll only paint over it. many of the electrical outlets that once worked no longer do because most have shorted out. just last thursday i got up to find water all over my carpet in the hallway and on the carpet by the master bathroom. i went to the office to find out what was going on and the manager told me that it "might" be from the water main. my aunt all the way back in texas found the number for the city water company and i spoke to them to be told that the water was actually raw sewage. i went back to the office to ask what was going to be done about it and to let them know that it wasn't just water. the manager said that they would send a maintence man asap. eventually hours later he showed up with a shop vac and just sucked up the water with that. i called the office again to ask them if they were going to replace the carpets and she said no. eventually by the end of the day they agreed to steam clean the carpets only where the waste water was located. my neighbor did some research and found that in these situations the carpet is to be removed immediately and the foundation is to be sanitized. we informed the manager of this and she said again that they weren't going to replace anything and that the steam cleaning would suffice. needless to say we all got together as a group and are seeking help through attorneys. don't live here if you can avoid it. its not worth the money, time, or stress. thanks to these people and their lack of ability to do their jobs, i wasn't able to bring my son home from texas and am now having to miss out on his 3rd birthday.

I just moved here in August and now wish I would have never signed anything. My car recently got broken into. I had to scrub the bathroom floor because there was dirt and no telling what else between the tiles. Just the other night there was a mouse or rat or whatever it was on my countertop in the kitchen. I haven't seen one of these things since I was like 9 years old. I read on the internet that it's against some kind of apartment safety regulation for these rodents to be here. So tomorrow I'm contacting management to see what they say. I tried to move into the downstairs apartment in the front and they said I couldn't trasfer but yet on my lease it says for transfer just to contact management. If you find anyway to get out of the lease or need anybody else to help I will gladly help in fighting against these people. Just contact me at lele2021@yahoo.com
