The management very rude

When the first time I fill up the application, I told them that my income basically based on tips, they said it's ok but they need my saving account information at least $5.000 and then, after I gave them my saving account information, they said they gonna process my application whenever they have time. I told them from the 1 st time because I need it immediately, they said you better find another place to live because they are too busy right now with other application and they only can process my application whenever they have time. They also hang up on me several times.When I talked with the manager, the manager said the samething. The management there is very rude especially Givonna Burnett, and also when the 1st time I paid for the application fee, they don't want to give me the receipt. DON"T EVER TO CONSIDER TO MOVING THERE.
