Back porch demolished by drunk driver (not our fault) took 97 days to fix.

Dishwasher quit working (not our fault) and it has been 58 days and counting despite 11 calls to office to get it fixed. Still has not been fixed. I get the same "we are really busy with air conditioners but we will get it this week" line every single time from my 11 calls to report the problem over the last 2 months.

Air conditioner drain sprung a leak and saturated carpet and the apartment stinks now. Called office to fix this. Someone showed up and ran a vacuum over the wet spot but not enough to matter. The leak was also not fixed. I went to a hardware store and bought the materials myself to fix it. Carpet is still wet and needs to be fixed. 7 we have been waiting for this.

Two days ago we get a notice in paper saying they are going to mow our back porch. Later that day when we got back home from work we noticed that the sliding glass door on the back patio is shattered (not our fault; they mowed back there and mowers fling rocks and break glass sometimes). They fixed it the same day. The next day we get a bill for $250. What the......''''''''''''

The total days (and counting) where repair work has been needed but neglected and lied about through the fault of nobody but the Village Green staff is 162 days. I am positive this number will increase.

Our rent is ALWAYS on time and there are never ANY complaints about our apartment.

Now that I have told you my experience I will now let you come up with your own opinion of how things work here.
