It's Alright - I lived at Shadowood for 2 years in one of the town homes. 2009-2010, nice neighbors and no complaints. I like the staff and things get fixed quickly. That said, I think management changed 4 times in 2 years! The latest management has a lot of bark on policies concerning everything, but little bite. Good place for a good price I lived here for a year and moved out when my lease was up only because I was relocating for work. I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was nice, the apartment was big and in a good area of Lake Charles and I had a covered parking space. I never had any complaints
