Finally I moved out of this dump. They have been doing construction on it for about 6 months, and it looks like hell! The construction workers look like day laborers straight from Mexico. They don't speak a word of English, and they are very rude.
The price they charge for rent is rediculous. I'm living in a place now that is $300 cheaper and just as big, even nicer! Our parking lot doesn't have all the potholes that Chaparral had either.
Beware when you read of the "sparkling pool." 75% of the time it was a cloudy pond with hair and bandaids at the bottom.
If you want to catch some rays, wear a sweatshirt and sweatpants or else you will be ogled by the tenants/construction workers.
Thank God I am out of this place!!
