If anyone is looking for a apartment, do not look at this one. this place is trashy and ghetto. they charge more fees than u can shake a stick. i know i was one of them. the apartments are way too high for the type of place and the way it looks on the inside and outside. the place is very noisy and people drive by with there music crank and making noise with there cars. they do these random inspections and it doesn't matter whether u are home they will go thru ur stuff. i know they this was done for a fact. the people will try to act real nice to get u to move in and then when u move in there attitude changes. the manager there is a real ----- and i wouldn't deal with her again and affoid this place. there are other places out there that are a lot better and cheaper.

We are always notified in writing when inspections are scheduled - if you want to be there, then be there. Most people just go to work and let them do their thing. Fees are charged for a reason, usually poor upkeep by the tenant. It's true - some neighbors have noisy cars. Where is that not so? Get used to it. Sounds like this reviewer has himself an attitude problem.

Actually, no, these people go into your apartment at any time "they deem necessary" whether you are home or not. Read your lease. They attempt to blame the poor sewage and drainage problems they have on residents. I would not recommend living there to my worst enemy. I moved out last year thankfully.
