Lived here almost 2 years. Apartments are old but in good condition. Nothing fancy, mind you. The pool is clean and well used in Summer. The weight/workout room has some older equipment in it, but enough to stay in shape with. There is never a crowd in there, believe me. The other residents,at least in my building,have been quiet. Management is friendly, except for one turkey who roams around on his golf cart picking up scraps of paper and acting as though he's the Sheriff if Vernon Parish. Likes to catch people out for driving too fast in the parking area - a 10 mph limit. The parking area is in very poor condition with cracked and shifted concrete which makes it something of a hazard to spinal column and suspension to go faster than 10 mph. The surrounding area is "economically challenged" and there have been some cars broken into - it helps to lock the car and keep temptation out of sight.
