My husband and I have been here for a year and are moving into military housing shortly. We have had a very pleasant experience with Chaparral. The office staff are helpful and informative, the maintenance staff have always been prompt in dealing with the few problems we have had during our stay... I can't think of anything to dissuade a prospective tenant. The grounds are mowed regularly and the community is very friendly... I have become good friends with several of my neighbors, and there are a lot of dog-walkers! My husband doesn't like the fifteen-twenty minute drive to post, but I like the convenience of being in town. A great place for a reasonable price!
