Considering the limited choice of decent rental options in and around Leesville, this is a decent place to live. The aparments seem to be getting renovated as people move out (new carpet, tile in kitchen and bathroom, bathroom fixtures and kitchen lighting). The kitchen is dated, but does have a dishwasher and garbage disposal. The 2-bedroom is about 1000 square feet with a large walk-in closet. There is an on-site maintenance man who is generally very responsive, however, like all landlords, they really have to pushed call in outside assistance. My biggest complaint is that there are screens on a few windows and none in my own apartment. With the Louisiana critters I don't dare opn the windows!
