Country Acres is close to Fort Polk. The owners are very nice and are always willing to accept suggestions. The grounds are very clean and kept very nice. The maintenance is good and very quick. One of the nicest ammenities is that any packages received at the office are always delivered to each apartment at the end of the day unless requested not to deliver. This is so helpful when you work late and etc.
