I lived at Country Acres from 2001-2005. I was in the Army at the time and my BAH covered the rental costs and then some. Rod, the maintenance technician, is very quick to fix something. The office staff was at the time very courteous and friendly. While there I did take it upon myself to retile the bathroom floor and install a new sink from Lowe's. I do think the apartments are outdated or at least were when I was there. I had shag carpet throughout my apartment and the closets were minimal at best. My kitchen floor was not in the best of shape but then I wasn't there much of the time being deployed alot. If something is broken it's okay if you fix it yourself. I also repainted the apartment at my own expense. The walls are thin compared to other apartments where I've lived. The good things are the pool is always clean and ample parking. Most tenants were in the military and you just get a feeling of being safe there. Overall, I would recommend living there another good thing is that it's only a half mile walk to the Paradise Bar, my favorite bar in town.
