Unsafe drinking water. Toilets don't flush.The water that comes out of the sink in very very brown.You cannot take a bath because the water look like throw up. Large kakaroaches. The management staff does not fix items when they break. Poor parking, you dont get parking located near your apartment. Paper thin walls. Over priced. Very small. The cable only receives channels from New York. No local news. The internet is slow and always broken. No carpet in the apartment.

Most of this review is true from what I've seen in my limited time living there so far. The water is definitely brown and undrinkable and you have to supply your own. I have not seen any cockroaches so far but I have seen every other bug. Apartments are definitely tiny, tile floored and overpriced unless you split the cost with a roomie (current situation now). The cable and internet (which you pay 80 dollars a month extra for) is absolutely awful with it going out frequently and the Internet creeps along when it actually works. I'm actually on my work computer trying to find a contact number of the service provider now because the connection has been out the last 2 days.
