Where is our Deposit'

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
 
I was deployed in Nov and am still waiting on my deposit. Tammy keeps saying the check is in the mail. Well no check so it's time to take legal action. They never fixed anything that was broken when we called. The front door lock broke and they wouldnt come and fix it. Won't rent there again.
