We stayed here while waiting for a house to open up on Ft. Polk. Fortunately, we were on a month-to-month lease. I will not recommend this place to anybody I know who is coming this way. The water was undrinkable and honestly, brushing teeth with it was questionable. Some of our white clothes are stained because of it. Gross.

Aside from the water, the apartment itself was okay, the kitchen was like a little cave with really cheap appliances and cabinets. Everything in the place was poorly constructed, looked like a fifth grader built the place. It even comes with a really tacky wallpaper border, looks like it's from the early nineties.

As far as the staff, eeek. The manager is unprofessional and tacky. Who wears leather mini skirts with a tank top to work' Everytime I drove by the office, she was standing outside smoking like a chimney. She also was keen on calling me names like "sugar, honey, sweetie" and so on. The few times my husband stopped in the office, she was extremely short and rude to him.

All in all, I would not go back there. It worked out okay for us but it was not ideal and although it is super close to Ft. Polk, that convenience is not worth living in filth.
