I have lived here for well over a year, not because I like it though. The only thing this place has going is the convenience. The water is NASTY and nothing ever gets done right. My a/c broke at least two times a month last summer. I finally got fed up and refused to pay the full rent. One the guys who came to work on it actually crawled through one of my windows to get into the house. Not professional at all. This place is clearing out pretty quickly...at least of the decent residents. There are teenagers and little kids that run the streets. I suggest the newly opened Sycamore Point or Timber Ridge Apartments. They are former off-post housing, but are way nicer. You get twice the room for the same or less rent a month. They actually take care of the neighborhoods there. The water is included in the rent and the deposit is only like $100. I have never recommended Counrty Manor to anyone and never will.
