This apartment is not bad if you are only planning on staying for a short time. It has very little in the way of insulation and because of that it is very expensive to cool in the summer. My electric bill was around $145.00 a month for the summer. That is for a 800 square foot apartment with the temp. set at 78! I can also hear the neighbors talking in the apartment next to me.
The good things about this complex is that it has a lawn service that comes out every week. The managers of the property are always friendly and will help you in any way they can.
