Since new owners took over last year, the place has become horrible. Things stay broken for months. Everything is just shabby and unkempt. When they took out my bathroom vanity to replace it, the wall behind it was caked with mold. Same with under the carpet. We had a puddle in the middle of our hall from a leak in our a/c unit, for almost a month before they came to fix it. When they did, they didn't bother cleaning up the puddle. The pools aren't cleaned enough...always kind of grungy. At the end of our tenancy, I didn't feel very safe walking around after dark. The only good thing was that they did spray for bugs regularly. I only saw one the whole time I was there.
