The place is okay, but kinda funky. I moved here because I needed a place immediately that would rent short-term very cheaply (I was staying in a hotel at $85/night, so I needed something cheaper). I didn't plan on staying. I've been here 5 months now and would very much like to leave. If I'm staying in an apartment another 6 months, I want to find another one.

Good points: decent staff, good grounds maintenance, washers & dryers newer and convenient, nice pools.

Bad points: OLD cable lines - if you need high speed internet, forget it. I've had nothing but trouble with Charter - and they blame the wires in the complex, saying they've notified the managers about it for years. The place floods mildly in parking areas. Mirrored walls - ugh! Appliances and kitchens are old, but clean. Hard to get in and out of here because of its location to 190 - either way you have to wait forever sometimes for a light. Lots of lower-working class people here (don't mean to be a snob, but it means a lot of people here show no pride of community).
