We moved here because we were in desperate need of a new place to live. The maintenance people have been extremely helpful. We have had multiple flooding incidents and the apartments are very poorly insulated so you can hear peoples tv's, conversations and their every move. Our neighbors trashed the area around our apartment, and there was a barking dog but despite numerous complaints nothing was done. I do not recommend these apartments to anyone.
