I loved these apartments - I lived here from 2008 to 2010, on the bottom floor the newly renovated apartments. The rooms were a great size the laundry room was huge. I also paid for a parking space under the tennis court for $15 a month. I loved my neighbors, the maintenance staff was very helpful and I had no problems with the rental office. Not the greatest - The apartments themselves are not bad at all. The issue is the millions of people hanging out at the pool all day long and the pets all over the place. Half the tenants do not even put their dogs on leashes. Management does not care about tenants leaving garbage outside of their door or the fact that their dogs bark at all hours of the night and morning.
