Nice for a single college student, an elderly person, or single parent of only 1 child under 3 - Coppermill was very nice, I lived an end apartment. The walls are paper thin, you can hear your neighbors walking and you can also hear them fussing, having sex, and shitting. LOL!!! But it was good for the mean time. My rent was $410.00 it only raised up to $470.00 after Katrina. I lived there from 2003 to 2008 and then I moved across the street to Chateau Napoleon for a ...Full review of Coppermill Apartments

Sad to see it gone - My husband and I met, got married and made our first home together at Valhalla 33 years ago. Yikes!! I guess that means we are old now! We were visiting New Orleans last weekend (first time since Katrina) and visited old haunts...Valhalla was missing. Almost made me cry. Glad you posted why it was gone. We had a great time there and met many people that we still know and love. ...Full review of Valhalla

seriously??? - Hi. I'm white. I was treated the same way when I went to view a Tonti property, except I didn't take it as her being rude and racist. I ended up renting the place for a year and a half. I loved it. Yeah it was kind of hard meeting the requirements to rent the place, but at least it keeps the trashy people out. Also, I'm not racist. ...Full review of Edenborn Courts and Gardens
