My review on Belle Oaks Apartments is that it is not a great place to live due to the noise of other tenants as well as the inadquate maintenance work if an issue arises. Due to Hurricane Katrina the complex owners are trying to capaitalize on the government assistance money, so anyone and everyone is moving in as long as they have the cash. Unfortunatley I had to move in here because of the same situation. If I had a six month least instead of a year I would be out of this hell hole.
