Can you say project housing!'! My factory rims where stolen from my truck while it was parked in the parking lot. My wife's old bike was stolen from just outside the front door. Two other cars were buglarized. The laundry room stinks and always has water on the floor. When the neighbor smoked in their apartment, it filled my apartment. Other tenents smoked weed on the steps. There is a huge gap between the door and bottom door seal, which invites bugs into my apartment. The roof leaks and the toilet has no flushing power. The management is cool though.
