That review posted on September 3, 2003, must have been posted by the new "management," because this place really does SUCK!!! They let anyone and everyone that has the potential of being a criminal move in. The cockroaches have not gone anywhere, and it is getting worse!!!! I have lived back here for six years, and I have had enough, and am moving out soon! They are not friendly, and the security they were providing, is gone.... they were here for two months. The windows leak, the plumbing leaks to the covered parking area, so the smell never leaves. These people do not care, I hads a leak in me ceiling four months after the two hurricanes, and I had to cover it myself with foil, so that the smell would not be noticed after any rain storm. They only fixed it when I told them that my sinuses and health were affected by the stench. DO NOT BELIEVE THE POSITIVE REVIEWS FROM 2003, THEY ARE WRITTEN BY MANAGEMENT. WHAT RESIDENT DO YOU KNOW THAT SAYS, "THINGS ARE BEING REFURBISHED'"
