The past reputation at this property was horrible when it was Shadowridge. I have lived her for almost a year now and its like watching that t.v. show "Extreme Makeover". The owners/management are investing a lot of money and time into giving Bellemont a facelift and especially shrugging off the old reputation. It?s mainly obvious at night time, it?s quiet and they have sheriffs officers walking and patrolling the area. The changes are quite obvious from the curb appeal outside to the beautifully re-habbed apartments on the inside. If you are in the market for an apartment I definately would reccommend you take a closer look at Bellemont, you will not be dissappointed
