SLUM From: indigonola@hotmail.com Date posted: 5/14/2002 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   This place is falling apart riddled with rust, termites, and roaches. They have a lot of sewer probablems and many times I have had to walk though raw human waste in the parking areas under the apartments. The management is never helpful and if you ask to have something fixed or complain about anything they get nasty. Speaking of nasty, the pools look like sewers. There is peeling paint, pieces of buildings crumbling off and gaping holes in the sides of some buildings. The laundry rooms are disgusting - I don't think they've ever been cleaned. They DO NOT spray for pests on a regular basis and maintenance takes a few days to "get around to it", but if you take a few to "get around to it" on paying your rent they will threaten to evict you. This place needs to be condemned and the owners/management publicly hanged.
