I have been a resident here going on 4 years now. When I first moved in it was a pretty nice place to live. Over the years it has become a dump. First off, management has no idea how to do their job or take care of the residents. Their lack or inability to complete repairs in a timely manner is a joke. Residents are forced to endure subhuman living conditions while waiting for repair work to be done. When the work is completed, it's done haphazardously and doomed to need repairs again.

Security is a joke, I see JPSO once in a blue moon walking the grounds. Rules are not enforced when it comes to the parking and residents are often forced to park on the streets.

They have pools but don't expect to use them too often, they are usually dirty and unkept.

Laundry rooms are small and machines are routinely down. Often one has to go to another complex to do laundry.

Maintenance basically doesn't exist. Repairs are slow and response time requires repeated calls to the office for follow up. The air conditioning units are too small for the apartments, thus not all rooms are cooled down, unless you block off some vents.

Overall, Bellemont has become one of the worse apartments I have ever had to live in. They take no responsibility for their mistakes or inconvience of the residents. They demand payment or else, but when it comes to taking care of the residents, it's more of a burden to them and attitudes fly in hoardes in the office.

Not only would I not currently recommend this apartment to anyone but if I was able I would leave this rat trap for better accomodations.
