Hi My name is Gino and i have rented here for over three years and i have had nothing but problems with Bellemont Apts. First of the Management is very uncaring and lazy they don't do anything they say they will if something breaks. Then Sheila, the BootLegged Manager, is jus as ignorant as can be. She has to be the lamest person in the history of Bellemonts existance. She is very unqualified to be holding any position in that Management Office yet alone as Manager. Ever since she has came there after Katrina she is the sole reason why Bellemont has gone down. I believe everyone is that office has some degree from some college except for Sheila. When i got there she had jus got on as a secretary or something. The place has gone down since then and it even gotten worse since she has taken over as Manager.

I have been trying to stay here as long as i can mainly because my kids go to school off Kwane St. And it has been a total nightmare since the beginning. I have had three cars stolen from the drive way, My cars have been broken into and vandalized several times, My house has been broken into, the wires which are so old and have not been replaced caught on fire and have burned my apt. not to mention while all of this has been going on The management has not been giving a damn. They still expect u to pay your rent on time while they jus sit back and allow all of this to happen. These people are sad and are inhumane. To anyone that reads this and still wants to rent from these people let me tell u what they are gonna do: They are gonna show u a demo apt right across from office which is gonna look somewhat nice but they are not gonna tell u that there are only two maintenance men that will take all month to come and try to fix your apt if something breaks. They will not tell u that that there is no protection or security in which they are charging u for. They will not tell u about all the break ins in which people are always complaining about because they dont care. I have been a tenant here for 4 years and have paid my rent on time every month and they final straw was my AC Breaking and it has been 11 days and counting and they have yet to fix it. I have two kids that are disabled severly with asthma and let me tell u my apt has gotten up to 110 degrees and this is August. I writing this to inform u better yet begging and pleading with you not to waste your money on Bellemont Apts because all it is is a waste of your money and time. For all this u might as well live in the Projects in New Orleans cause its getting that way at this point and its because if ---- like this why this side of Metairie is going way down. Please do not make the same mistakes as these other people have done. There is so much better out there and i will take this time to make it happen for me and my kids. I am a single parent Father who has two sick kids, u would think these people would understand that when ur AC breaks they know to fix it. Well let me tell yall, They can care less!

I agree, I also live here and I didn't know about all of the break ins, but can believe it. Sheila allowes a noisy family to live directly across from me, in which I had to call the cops from noise, cussin and all, kids hangin out on the balcony, and over eight people living in a 2 bedroom apt. She pleaded with me not to move and said she would transfer me. I also have neighbors ujder me who has a 8 yr old son who bangs on live drums everyday round 4pm, and start round 8am on weekends, right under my 3yr old daughter's room. I've had enough, i'm outta here. I don't want them to know when i'm moving 'cause they might have someone break in before i'm out.
