Overall we like our breakers apartment.

The major negative is the management team.

It is 2 women that provide about as much help as a bag of rocks.

We had major mix ups and basically got trapped when we moved in (when we showed up to move in they had the wrong apartment for us...

we had no way to wait so we were really frustrated) This 2 woman team consists of one fairly competant woman and an older lady that is a space cadet and should not be employed by anyone.

When we had a problem with the apartment she literaly ran away from me b/c she didn't know how to help me.

Then accused my husband and I of scaring her.

It it quite interesting.

The apartment itself is really cute, you can paint as long as you paint it white when you leave.

No outgoing mail (interesting) the people that live there seem really nice, decent class of people.

Other that the worthless management we enjoy our home.

So I would recommend this apartment to anyone that is certain they will not have any issues that requires help from the management.
