I lived in Surfrider which is the cheaper alternative to the Breakers but under the same mgmt. The Mgmt staff is swamped. Every time I went to the office to get a laundry key the office manager barely had time to talk with all the phone calls.
However, the biggest complaint was the small size of the kitchen and the fact that you had to go to the office to get a laundry key (20 each) even though the office is always closed whenever I am trying to do laundry. But other than that,
a great cheap place to live
