Surfrider: Same Management, Same Street, Different Building

I have lived at Surfrider for eight months and have lost count of the things that have gone wrong.

Locks are currently being installed on all the gates, so it's moving in the right direction.

Unfortuanatly, it's not there yet.

The staff that I've met are about 50/50: some are amazing and some are awful.

I had an issue and spoke to one person in the office three times and nothing was done in five days, then finally got a hold of the good office worker and it was taken care of in about two hours.

The pool is usually clean, the location is nice, and I have not had too many problems with other residents, but dealing with the office isn't worth it.

The Breakers do have better security and fancier grounds, but it's the same staff.

I am the manager of these communities. I am so discouraged that any of my residents would feel this way. Most, like this one, do recognize that I will do anything and will go out of the way to get the job done. Unfortunately, the good usually doesn't get posted. I cannot prevent maintenance issues, however, it is my responsibilty to see that they are completed in a timely manner. These issues, both maint and the one spoken of above, were completed immediately when brought to my attention. Being property manager is more than a job to me, I take pride in my properties and take personally the opinions of my residents.
