I looked at this property a year ago and it was seemingly in dissaray. Last week I went back because the building is such a great location and my car will not get towed from in front of the building. The leasing manager there(Tom) was very professional and answered all of my questions. The apartment buildings had just been landscaped and had new heating system put in and wi fi is planned soon.

The apartments I looked at had new kitchens and my dog loves the walk over to Edgewater park.Everyone I have met in the building seems fun and I have to say mostly professional.

There is 24 hour security and full time staff in the building which wasn't the case last year. I asked the tenants if they were happy and they seemed extremely happy there. The rent is about $25.00 more a month but with the old architecture and the new kitchen and updates I fee it is worth it.

Hi, I think that you are referring to a different property, possibly a different city. The Breakers in Metairie is a newer property in Metairie, LA. It is not managed by anyone named Tom. It does have a great location, nice floorplans and is undergoing new landscaping. It was a nice review, but I don't think it is for this property or city.
