It's no wonder there is a waiting list to get into this apartment - it's because few tenants leave. I've lived here for only 1 month now and I've already seen how dedicated the entire staff is to the tenants. My friend has lived here for about 3 months and both of us are quite impressed by the efficiency with which the complex is run. I have lived in other apartments, but I have yet to meet a nicer Superintendent... literally, he's Just That Nice! Same goes for the rest of the staff!
