Run away!!

We lived here only 6 months.

That's about as long as we could tolerate the noise of the large barking dogs...all night.

Plus the smell of the dog excretement.

The neighbors were very noisy and nosey.

The management appeared friendly and helpful long enough to lure us into signing the lease.

The maintenance was a nightmare.

Most things took a few weeks to get repaired.

The maintenance guy was married to the manager and they fought loudly and often.

Parking was terrible and the vehicles were damanged by the neighborhood children playing on your property as there was no place provided for them to play.

The carpets were cheaply dyed; therefore, your white socks were immediately a dull blue.

Upon moving, the neighbors and I were denied a refund of our deposits because of "animal urine in the carpets." neither of us owned animals.

Go figure!!! I would rather be homeless than to live here aain.
