My husband and I lived here for two years and always felt safe, but recently, the quality of applicants has diminished. But, if redneck hell-raisers with multiple children, brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles and little baby cousins all living in one two-bedroom apartment is your idea of the "perfect" neighbor, then this place is for you!

And speaking of crowded places, loyal residents get one, yes that's *1*, fabulous parking space, which the aforementioned aunts, uncles, etc. continually steal, forcing said loyal residents to park on the street two blocks away, since there are only about 5 guest spots available for the entire community, and yes, you guessed it, all the Mayberry relations usually have those reserved. On a better note, I have seen only 3 cockroaches my entire stay here, which, judging from the ratings of some of the other apartment complexes I've seen, is quite an added bonus. The only pests are the rednecks with their weekly hoe-downs and annual alley cat rodeo.

My advice' Save your $720 a month, buy a used trailer and move to Alabama; you'll get the same experience for a fraction of the cost.
