Nice but unsafe parking lot

I haven't lived in these apartments, but two close friends of mine did, and I visited them often. I do know that they had a roach problem. By far the worst problem with these apartments is the lack of car safety. Both of my friends had their cars broken into after living there only a matter of months. The parking lot is not very well lit. Other than that, though, they are fine apartments. They're nice and pretty spacious for the price.
