I have lived in this apartment for 3 years and I am thankfully moving out. I enjoyed living here up until this summer, when my AC could not cool my apt effectively and it would reach 87 degrees in my apt. I notified the office and they would wait several days before sending someone to charge the AC. However, every 2-3 weeks it would stop working again....yet they did not change their method of "fixing" it. Also, the neighborhood has gone downhill...my neighbors on both sides yell and scream in the middle of the night, which definitely lowers the quality of my apt complex in my mind. The office staff is extremely rude and does not care about the customer. Any decent person wanting to live in a nice place should NOT live here.
