Ok except for the infestation problem...

The apartments are nice. Very small. Walls are super thin. I could hear my neighbor fart. The place is located close to everything. However, there is the problem of the roaches. They would spray once a week, but the roaches wouldn't go away. Their eggs were always hatching....it was really, really, really gross.
