I lived at Coppermill for a year and it was an ok experience. The roaches are very aggravating. I would wake up and go to the kitchen and they would be everywhere!!! I thoroughly cleaned just about everyday with bleach but they never went away. The walls are really thin and you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. The experience was worth the rent, though. I would only go back if i had nowhere to go.
