These people have been rude, from the beginning. We haved lived here for a year and a half and haven't been so dissatisfied to spend our money on anything each month as we have been for this apartment. They have the most incompetent "manager" who wants to relay every duty to others and not take on ANY responsibility. When we returned from the evacuation from Hurricane Katrina, only 1 month later, they were reported to have approached my friendly neighbors while they were still in the parking lot, not even out of their car, demanding their rent check. In addition, they increased the rent by $275 per MONTH after Katrina. The only reasons this was able to happen was our lease ended shortly after Katrina's hit AND due to the lack of housing available since so many lost their housing. In addition, they haven't repaired anything that Katrina damaged. The water gets turned off EXCESSIVELY (oftentimes weekly to many times each week) most often with NO prior notice. These are the most unprofessional people (TONTI management) that I've ever had to do business with.
