The worst place I ever lived at.

The other reviewer was not exagerating in the least. This place has had so many problems that the price I paid for DAMAGED housing was attrocious. I cannot believe these people operate under the law. I had a wet carpet for over six months and mold was growing underneath it. To this day the carpet is still black right by my front door. They said they'd get to it but I'm still waiting.
About the only bright spot here are the good neighbors and the maintenance staff that tries their best but is so overwhelmed and pointed in thirty directions by the incompetent management. You'd probably do better by spending money at another facility. Do not (trust me on this one) ever rent from Tonti Management. They're unprofessional, no one takes responsiblitity for mistakes and most of the management they employ have the IQ of pond scum.
