One of the most horrible renting experiences of my life! At one point (pre-Katrina) we were without A/C for almost a week in the middle of the summer!! If any of you have been through a southern LA summer, you know how horrible that is! They said they would fix it "when they got to it" because it wasn't an emergent situation. To me, when it's almost 100 degrees inside an apartment, that denotes an emergency! Horrible management that have little to no brain cells left. I wouldn't subject myself to that place if they paid me to live there. The only upside was the location, which was safer than others we looked at and why we rented there. That and the proxemity to Bugsy's Hideaway, which I reccomend much more highly than the apartments!
